J. Bruce Eickelman
Biography
J. Bruce Eickelman is a founder-operator and author based on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia. Over fifty years he has run a delivery business turned Subway franchise, worked construction sites and outback Queensland mining camps, built a career in financial services and real estate, and operated a private hospitality business — alongside more than 1,300 skydiving jumps as a qualified instructor and jumpmaster.
He now runs 12X Decision Architecture, a consulting practice for founder-operators who are capable but structurally stuck, and 12X Media Press, a publishing imprint built on the same premise as his consulting: that clarity comes from structure, not motivation.
His writing is direct, unsentimental, and built from what he has actually seen — not from theory borrowed secondhand. He lives with his partner Debbie on the Central Coast.
